Dear Readers,
I will be giving a talk on the Singapore Institute of Architects' Articles and Conditions of Contract (SIA Conditions) on 22 September 2015.
The three hour presentation will provide an overview of the SIA Conditions plus a focus on some of the key clauses in the SIA Conditions such as variations; payment claims; extensions of time. I will also touch on the inter-play between the SIA Conditions and the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (SOP Act).
