Tan Joo Seng
(Advocate & Solicitor)
Tan Joo Seng is an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure, construction and engineering law. He serves as a Senior Accredited Adjudicator at the Singapore Mediation Centre and sits as a Panel Arbitrator with both the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the Asian International Arbitration Centre.

His academic training includes an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore, a Graduate Certificate in International Arbitration and the Adjudicator Training Course at the Singapore Mediation Centre.

Beyond practice, he has contributed as an adjudicator, arbitrator and author, including to Chow Kok Fong, Law and Practice of Construction Contracts in Singapore. Dr Tan is also a frequent speaker at seminars on infrastructure and construction law.
